UK Deliveries
Items are sent via Royal Mail in the UK. Please do be patient as delays can occur. If you have not received your order within 10 working days please contact me.

International Deliveries
As of 1st December 2024, I am no longer able to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland due to new GPSR regulations.
Items shipped outside the UK are sent via Royal Mail International Standard Airmail. Shipping prices are calculated at checkout. Please note that no tracking codes are available for this service, if you require a tracked service please get in touch before placing your order.
Standard delivery times are 3-5 business days to Europe and 6-7 business days for the rest of the world once shipped.
However, depending on your location, items can sometimes take up to 21 working days to arrive. If you have not received your order within 28 working days please contact me.
Returns
You can return your product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. The item must be returned in its original saleable condition. The customer is responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
Please contact me before you send your item back.
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
If your item is damaged on arrival, please let me know and then send it back to me within 14 days of the delivery date. I will send you a new one once the item has been received. Return postage will be refunded to you for items damaged on arrival.
